Do you offer payment plans or financing?
At Benchmark we have a variety of flexible payment options to help you get the work completed. We’ll negotiate with your insurance company to help you get the most out of your policy with little or NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE. How do I know if I just need a repair or a total roof replacement?
Benchmark roofing technicians offer FREE inspections. We believe in honesty and integrity in all that we do. Our technicians will walk your entire roof and inspect for common problems like bent shingles, wind damage, damaged flashing, blistering shingles, buckling and curling, rotting shingles or wood, missing shingles, fungus growth and ceiling spots. We’ll give you a detailed inspection report and advise you on your options for repair vs. replacement. Our experts are able to identify wind, hail and other damage that may be covered by your homeowner’s insurance and we’ll work with your insurance, if the damage is covered. If the issues are a result of aging and normal wear and tear, we can provide you with cost effective options and flexible payment plans or financing to repair the issues.

Which insurance companies does Benchmark work with on a regular basis?
Benchmark has worked with nearly every insurance company in the business and is well respected. Does Benchmark offer warranties?
At Benchmark, not only do we work with manufacturers that offer some of the best warranties in the business, we also warranty our labor on every product we install.
Roof – 5, 10 and 15 year warranties
Gutters – 2 year labor warranty
Repairs – 1 year labor warranty
Siding – 5 year labor warranty
Lifetime product warranty on siding and it is warranted against hail damage.
